3. Payments
All fees must be paid in accordance with agreed terms
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Missed sessions may not be refunded but may be rescheduled at our discretion
4. Scheduling
Sessions must be booked in advance
Changes or cancellations require [24–48 hours] notice
Repeated cancellations may result in loss of booking priority
5. Health & Safety
Dancers must disclose any injuries or conditions
Participation is at the individual’s own risk
We prioritize safe, longevity-focused training
6. Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful, focused, and supportive environment.
The DEN is:
Disciplined, encouraging and growth-focused.
It Is Not:
Disruptive, competitive in a negative way or disrespectful
Failure to align may result in removal from programming.
7. Media Consent
Content may be captured for promotional purposes.
Consent will always be requested prior.
8. Intellectual Property
All choreography, training methods, and materials remain the property of Dancer’s Den Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to:
Adjust schedules
Modify programs
Update offerings
With reasonable notice provided.
